Single room in quiet, well situated location

Hi All!

We have a single room available in a lovely, quiet street in Earlsfield. The location is really great. We are about a 8 minutes walking from Earlsfield station, from which you can reach Clapham Junction in 3 minutes, Vauxhall in 7 minutes, and Waterloo in 12 minutes. There is also Wandsworth common and Tooting Broadway stations within walking distance and regular buses running nearby.

There is minimal traffic on our road, which makes for a very nice, peaceful atmosphere. There is parking right outside the house, which requires a permit.

As you can see in the pictures, we have a good-sized south facing garden, which we often use for BBQs and general socializing in the warmer months. We also share a decent sized lounge and a small, but functional kitchen.

About the house:

We deprive a lot by cleaning the house. We look for someone who is well organized and clean like us.

We have a cleaning schedule where each person cleans the common areas once a month. Since there are four of us, it keeps the house clean all month long. We also split the cost of basic cleaning supplies among the four of us.

Also, the new tenant will be part of the letting contract (the house contract). The minimum stay period is 12 months, but you can leave after 6 months (with 1-month notice).

Single Room - £545pm rent - all bills come to roughly £95pm - Deposit £300.
