Double room available in Earlsfield

Hello!

🏡 We have a double room available in our cute, ground floor flat just a 5 minute walk from Earlsfield station and within super easy reach of Clapham Junction, Tooting Broadway and Southfields.

🛍️ There are lots of cute coffee shops, pubs and local supermarkets nearby. King George’s Park is right next door and we’re a 10/15 minute walk to Southside shopping centre.

🛏️ The bedroom is a double room at the front of the flat. It’s furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. We have an open plan living room that leads onto the patio, which is great for summer nights and bbq’s, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

💰 The rent is £630 per month and bills are approximately £100 per month each (including a cleaner for the communal areas who comes every two weeks).

👸We are 3 fun loving professionals; Katie is a writer, Flora works in events and Charlotte is a drama teacher (all of us do a mixture of WFH and office days). We love spending time together and are a very sociable house. We all share a love of food, wine, fitness and travelling.

✨We are looking for a considerate, friendly and fun housemate (preferably in their late 20s/early 30s), who is up for a good Netflix series, a glass of wine and a yap, and just making the most of life in London.

🩷 We won’t lie to you - it’s a cheap and cheerful little flat but we’ve made it our home and are looking for someone who wants good vibes in a good location! If you think that this could be you then please send us a message with some info about yourself.

🏠 We are looking to host viewings soon (the room is available straight away but we’re fairly flexible). If a lunchtime suits you better than an evening, we can make that work too!
