Double room available in Earlsfield

Hello!

🏡 We have a double room available in our cute, ground floor flat just a 7 minute walk from Earlsfield station. We are in walking distance to lots of coffee shops, pubs and local supermarkets, as well as having King George’s Park just a stones throw away. We are also just a 10/15 minute walk to south side shopping centre.

🛏️ The bedroom is a medium double at the front of the flat, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. We have an open plan living room that leads onto the patio, which is be great for summer nights and bbq’s, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

💰 Bills are approximately £60 per month each, including a cleaner for the communal areas who comes every two weeks.
👸We are 3 fun but hard-working professionals; Katie is a writer and drama teacher, with Flora and Andrea both working in events (mixture between WFH and in the office). We love spending time together but also enjoy our own space and we all share a love of food, wine, fitness and travelling.

We are looking for a considerate, friendly and active housemate, who is up for a good Netflix series, wine and making the most of life in London. We won’t lie to you - it’s a cheap and cheerful little flat but we’ve made it our home and are looking for someone who good vibes in a good location!
