A fantastic very spacious double en-suite room within a fully refurbished 5 bedroom family home located within easy walking distance (5 mins) of Earlsfield train station and close to Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town.

The room is fully furnished with a very comfortable kingsize bed, built in wardrobes, desk/ dressing table, chair and TV. It has two large velux windows and a juliette balcony so is very light and bright. The adjoining bathroom has a large shower, toilet and basin. The bedroom and bathroom have underfloor heating.

We are looking for a lodger between Monday to Friday but flexible on number of days / which days and will adjust the monthly price for 2 or 3 nights per week.

The room would suit a professional or mature student who is happy to share with a family – we have 2 children. No smokers and no couples please.

Inman Road is a very quiet residential road 5 mins walk from Earlsfield with its many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the station and close to several parks nearby.
