Double Room Available For Short Term Let

I have a big room available (formerly a living room) to let for a short term of 6-7 months only (until end of March 2026 but can possibly be extended for a couple of months more) on weekly (£225)/fortnightly (£425) /monthly (£800) basis in a quiet one bedroom ground floor flat with rear garden. Room is bright and spacious with old styled fittings.
Viewing in person is highly recommended and can be at any time of the day on a prior notice of 2 hours.
Earlsfield, Southfields & Wimbledon Park tube stations are less than 10 minutes walk.
Bus stop is 15 seconds walk (156 and N87).
King George's Park is only 30 metres away.
Southside Shopping Centre is just 15 minutes walk.
All sexual orientations are welcomed & respected.
Please be sane, sorted, clean and tidy.
Kindly note that there is no broadband connection at the moment (getting it sorted soon) and no separate living room (this advert is to let the living room).
I will prefer someone who does not work from home.
Student or full-time worker is preferred.
