New build double room in 2 bed flat, 2 bath

Looking for a sociable flatmate to live with me in my 2 bed, 2 bath flat in a quiet but convenient area of Earlsfield. Loving dogs is a must as I have a Cavapoo who is 3 years old, she is very friendly and very cute 😄 A 5 minute walk to Earlsfield station and the high street (Garrett Lane) with lots of nice pubs and restaurants. The train from earlsfield runs through Clapham junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo (Waterloo in a 12 minute journey) and there are regular trains every 4-5 minutes. Wimbledon Park (district line) is a 15 minute walk, regular buses to Tooting and Wandsworth.
The room comes furnished with a bed and 2 bedside tables with a built in wardrobe, lots of storage space with lots of natural light.
The shared living area has a large balcony overlooking the railway tracks and again has lots of natural light. Kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and washing machine/dryer included. My flat is also right next to the large communal roof terrace with benches and seating where you can see central court at Wimbledon!
Price includes council tax, bills, sky TV and sky WiFi. There is also bike storage. Looking for someone to socialise with and make the place homely rather than just renting a room. If you’re interested please let me know and we can meet :)
