Description
Note: the pics are from the last tenants. The flat looks quite different now but haven’t had time to update them!
I’m looking for someone to join me in my lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Earlsfield. I’ve lived here for over 2.5 years and absolutely love it. The flat is part of a modern development just off King George’s Park, next to the River Wandle, and only a 6-minute walk to Earlsfield station. It’s quiet and green, offering a nice escape from the hustle of London life, but with everything still on your doorstep. The neighbours are fab, and there’s even a concierge (6 days a week). Parking is available at an extra cost, or there’s a handy on-site ZipCar I use regularly.
The room:
A spacious double with a huge built-in wardrobe. It comes with a king-size bed, but if you’ve got your own, we can figure that out. You’ll also have your own large “family” bathroom right next to your room—practically ensuite!
The flat:
There’s a good-sized, open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for hosting dinner parties or just having cosy nights in. Most of the furniture is mine, but I’m happy to chat about what stays or goes if you have your own bits.
The kitchen is well-stocked (I love cooking!), with plenty of gadgets and all the essential foodie staples. My old housemate and I had a shared approach to food, splitting costs and just using whatever’s in the kitchen—something I’d like to continue if you’re up for it. I do most of the cooking (homemade sourdough included!), but happy to share if that’s your vibe.
A bit about me:
I’m in my thirties and run a marketing consultancy specialising in homes, interiors, and lifestyle brands. I mostly work from home or in co-working spaces but am often out and about too. Outside of work, I’m a massive foodie—whether it’s cooking for friends, baking bread, or scouting out great restaurants across London. I also love a good (read: overpriced) fitness class.
I don’t want to live with a stranger, so I’m looking for someone I get on with—someone who wants to make the flat feel like home, not just a place to crash.
The boring bits:
• Rent: £1,250
• Bills: roughly £120/month
• Move-in date: February/March (flexible)
• Minimum term: flexible
If this sounds like it could work for you, drop me a message—I’d love to chat and show you the flat!
