Small double room available in two bed maisonette on a quiet street in Earlsfield.

The room has a small double bed, storage under the bed, a wardrobe, and small chest of drawers. The tenant is welcome to keep the desk in the pictures, or I can provide a second chest of drawers instead. Other tenants have also used the space for their own furniture. Further storage is available elsewhere in the flat, if needed.

The room is in a cosy, clean and tidy maisonette in Earlsfield, with a small terrace garden. The flat is a 5 minutes walk from Earlsfield station which has trains every couple of minutes to Waterloo (stopping at Clapham Junction and Vauxhall). It is a couple of minute walk from Earlsfield High Street with its variety of independent cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants. Tooting Broadway (for Northern Line or Tooting Market etc) is a 25 mins walk away or 10 minute bus ride. Wandsworth Common, King George's Park and Wimbledon Park are all only around a 15 mins walk away. Wimbledon Common is a 25 mins walk.

The rent includes all bills, including a cleaner every two weeks.

I’m a lawyer, who enjoys running and yoga, the outdoors and a good film. I like having a comfortable and clean house, but am often out and about seeing friends etc. I’m looking for a new flat mate - hopefully a likeminded, friendly and tidy professional looking to rent in the area. The room is available from now - I’m flexible on exact start dates. Happy with long or short term let, although ideally a minimum of 6 months.
