We are looking for a professional female to join our lovely home.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate lounge, kitchen and utility room. Each bedroom is on a different level and you would share the bathroom with one other (as the upstairs room has an ensuite).

This property is less than 8 mins walk from Earlsfield overground station. The 77 bus runs past the house if you really don’t feel like walking. Trains run every couple of mins and arrive at Waterloo within 15 mins.
Earlsfield has lovely cafés, pubs, shops and running routes. There is easy access to Clapham, Wimbledon and Tooting. We are also surrounded by green parks - Wandsworth common and King George Park is on our doorstep. There is street parking and the parking permit is circa £140/ year.

The room will be available from the end of October ( possibly sooner) and the rent is £850 excluding bills. Bills are circa £100-150/ month (season dependent) and it goes into a house account.

We are 2 friendly professional females who enjoy a relaxed chilled vibe at home. We are both active and often exploring London, enjoying delicious food and a bubbly brunch, going to the theatre, cinema or a hike - and generally enjoying life.

We have busy jobs and whilst we enjoy each other's company we are respectful of each other's space and downtime. We both do hybrid work.
