Small double room available in two bed maisonette on a quiet street in Earlsfield.

The room has a small double bed, storage under the bed, a wardrobe and room for a desk and / or chest of drawers (happy to discuss tenant's preferences - the desk in the picture will not be there). There is also a small chest of drawers, which is not in the photo. It is in a lovely, clean and tidy maisonette in Earlsfield, with a small terrace garden.

The flat is a 5 minutes walk from Earlsfield station which has trains every couple of minutes to Waterloo (stopping at Clapham Junction and Vauxhall). Its a couple of minutes from Earlsfield High Street with its variety of independent cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants. Tooting Broadway (for Northern Line or Tooting Market etc), is 25 mins walk away or 10 minute bus ride. Wandsworth Common, King George's Park and Wimbledon Park all only 15 mins walk away. Wimbledon Common 25 mins walk.

We looking to rent out our spare room, ideally Monday to Friday. Rent is negotiable subject to average number of days stayed per week. The room will be yours - you will be able to keep your belongings in the room throughout the week, and subject to notice, we will be happy for you to stay weekends when needed. We are also flexible on start date, so if 1 September does not suit you, please still get in touch to discuss.

We are two professionals (one teacher and one lawyer), interested in sports, the outdoors, food and culture. You will predominantly share with my partner (teacher) as I (lawyer) will be based in Bristol Monday to Thursday. We enjoy having a comfortable and clean house, although we are both often out and about seeing friends etc, and often away at weekends and over the school holidays. We have rented out the room a number of times, and have become good friends with former tenants.

We are looking for a friendly, tidy professional looking to rent in the area. Open to those who are studying too.
