Hello, we are looking to welcome a tenant to our house in Earlsfield. We have a Double Bedroom to rent midweek only. This is great for people who commute into London for work/study and go home to their main residence at the weekend.

The room has storage (wardrobe, chest of draws, shelving and an ottoman double bed). The room and shower room are located at the top of the house and is therefore very private. It has two windows and so the room is very light and bright (and no sloping ceilings!). There is of course access to the kitchen, which we keep very clean and tidy.

Our house is a four bed house with kitchen/diner and separate sitting room on a quiet residential road in Earlsfield. We are a 7 min walk to Earlsfield overground station which has direct trains into Clapham Junction/Vauxhall/Waterloo. You can be in Waterloo in 12 mins or in the city in 20 mins. We are also a short bus ride walk from Wandsworth Common/Tooting/Wimbledon. There are also lots of buses to take you towards Battersea and Victoria. Earlsfield train station is also connected to Surrey.

We are moments away from the cute village of Earlsfield with many pubs (practically every 200m), cafes, shops. We are minutes from the Leather Bottle, which is said to have the best beer garden in London! We are a 20-30 min walk/10min bus to Southside shopping centre in Wandsworth where there are many shops/ restaurants, a Waitrose, the Cineworld Cinema complex, Gyms, the new Gravity amusement & bowling alley.

We are professional couple (29 & 33), both professionals working in Finance and Consulting. We have a big house and want to share it with someone mid-week but then have our own space at the weekends. We are both super friendly with busy lives, we also travel a lot for work so it is likely you will sometimes have the house to yourself.

We are open to a tenant who is short term and long term - and happy to discuss rent.
