Lovely room in Earlsfield!

I just moved out of this amazing room which I called home for 3 years for job reasons. Get in touch if you're looking to move in during September. The sooner the better ;)

Cost is 800£ total with bills, which include: gas, electricity, water, council tax, wifi (community fibre), and cleaner every 2 weeks.

The room might seem a bit small but it has everything you need. Extra storage is possible in the attic. I personally loved this room as you get a full house at a reasonable price.

The flatmates are professional, friendly, and international. They all moved in recently so it feels like a fresh new chapter in the house. There is no minimum term in the contract (as long as you can find a replacement) but they are ideally looking for someone who is planning to stay at least 1 year.

The house is a 4-shared flat. You'd be living with Robert, funky Engineer from Cape town, Frazer, biomechanic from Leeds, and Tarryn, personal trainer from Melbourne. We all have busy schedules but we enjoy to have a braai anytime we can :)

Please write your interest and a short description of yourself and how do you keep yourself busy. Also how many times your usually work from home. There is no desk in the room but the conservatory can be used and also has heating for the winter.

Contract:
KFH agency is handling the house, I'll walk you through the details but basically is a 2-year contract. A change of sharer can be done anytime if anyone needs to opt out by finding a replacement.
Please note, there is a reference process where they check your income. For example, if you are a student, you'd need a UK guarantor.
