Large double! Private landlord - reasonable rent

An amazingly priced large double room available in a pretty terrace house with a lovely large back garden. The room is fully furnished with ample storage (please note some of the furniture in the pictures is different but still similar).

The landlord is private and very lovely that's why the rent is still reasonable. The house is a little bit old but very homely and we love it.

It is an 8 minute walk to Earlsfield train station, with trains to Waterloo very regularlly and a 20ish minute walk to Tooting which has access to the Northern Line. Earlsfield is a great area, with lots of nice cafes, restaurants and green spaces within walking distance. Wandsworth common and King Georges park are both close and lovely for runs and picnics.

You will join a house of 2 men and 1 woman aged 25 - 40. Our home is a safe space where everyone is respected; we are committed to being an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and identities.

We have a sociable atmosphere in the house and enjoy chats or movies together. We all have quite different day jobs, there is a Business dev manager, Graphic Designer and an Architect. Our schedules are different which makes the house never feel too busy.

There is a spacious garden - great for bbq's, storing a bike or growing plants and veggies :) There are 2 bathrooms and 2 fridges between us.

Bills average at about £80-100pm each - this includes all the usual + super fast broadband and a TV fully stocked with Netflix and Prime. We also have a cleaner that comes fortnightly for a couple of hours.

Move in is the 1st of March.
