Gorgeous Double Bedroom

We proudly offer a stunning double bedroom in a lovely flat in the Earlsfield area, close to local amenities.

The communal areas are clean and fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and other kitchen essentials.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

A holding deposit of £200 is required to secure the room. This amount will be deducted from the balance due later.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial three months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge they’re on us, so they’re not part of the bills or rent. It’s just our way of keeping things comfortable for everyone!
