As of September, 1 of my housemates will be moving out of our lovely home in Earlsfield. Currently looking for someone to replace her come the 9th September.
The house is 10 mins from Earlsfield station and the high street and about a 15 min walk to Tooting Broadway underground.
The house is 4 bed town house, with a shared open plan living room / dining room, leading straight into the kitchen with a huge garden perfect for the summer.
The room that's available includes bills, council tax, wifi, & a cleaner twice a week etc in the price of the rent.
Ideally looking for someone who is a similar age (26-33) to take the rooms. Although we do socialise a lot as a house in the week and on the weekends, we equally have our own friends & enjoy our space. It will be hard to replace my lovely my housemate but looking for similar like minded people to join the house.
