There are two rooms available in the flat (both similar sizes and the same rent advert #16822098). You will be sharing with two roommates a male (29) and female (29) both very friendly and social working professionals.

The location is fantastic with many great restaurants, brunch spots and pubs on the high street and several parks close by. It is well connected with Earlsfield station a 5 minute walk (15 mins to Waterloo) and Tooting Broadway tube (northern line) a short bus ride which comes every few minutes. Southfields station (District line) is also accessible.

A 20 minute walk or short bus ride will take you to Southside shopping centre in Wandsworth Town with an array of shops, large Sainsburys, cinema, restaurants, gyms, and Gravity arcade.

The remaining tenants are seeking a sociable and friendly working professional. From time to time we babysit some very well behaved dogs so ideally comfortable with pets.
