Good sized single room available in small but comfortable, well equipped two storey terraced house between Earlsfield (BR) and Tooting Broadway (LU). House is quite new (1980's) and in good repair. There is a bathroom with toilet and a separate shower room. The kitchen has washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher. It has a small landscaped (6m deep) garden.

THIS IS A SHORT TERM LETTING ONLY. I AM GETTING SOME BUILDING WORK DONE IN SEPTEMBER SO THE ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 1 - 3 MONTHS.

Female lodger is preferred due to compatibility and sharing the communal areas. It is important to feel comfortable sharing the common areas of a house and I feel more compatibility with female spirits in my kitchen etc.
