👩‍👧YOUR FUTURE FLATMATES: Sophie - I have lived in London for over ten years and in Penwith for the last two years. I am very sociable, friendly, working professional. I split my time between the office & WFH during the week.

Meg - 31, northerner fresh to London, still loves all the touristy things, going for walks, brunches, pubs, gigs, huge animal lover, and a social butterfly 🦋

🛏️ THE ROOMs: Huge double bedroom loft conversion with double bed, mirrored wardrobe, bedside table and huge eaves. Bathroom share with Meg on the top floor.

💵 BILLS: We put £100pp into a joint account each month to cover all bills including gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and wifi. We also pay the rent from the joint account, so it’s easy to manage the house finances.
