🚇 The flat is a 15~ minute walk from Tooting Broadway / Earlsfield / Wimbledon, or a 5 minute bus ride or cycle to each
🛍️ nearby we have lots of restaurants, shops and pubs, as well as a Lidl, Starbucks and Greggs over the road. There’s also 2x gyms directly the flat (Hybrid Fitness + Milo)
🛏️ the room comes furnished with blackout curtains, a double bed (ottoman storage) and an (extra) large fitted wardrobe
⏲️ we have a modern kitchen with all integrated appliances and washer/dryer
☕️ we also have a large balcony and access to communal gardens
📦 plus there is 24/7 concierge for all those amazon deliveries!
🧍🏼♂️as for me, I’m a pretty laid back, clean and homely guy working in Tech and WFH 2-3x a week
🏃🏻♂️ I spend most of my free time running hyrox races, playing football, or catching up with friends over coffee or a pint. Love a lazy movie / series night
🏡 I’ve lived with both guys/girls in the past so pretty flexible there. Main things I’m after in a flatmate are that we get on well and that you value a (reasonably) clean and cosy home
📆 move in dates around end of July/Aug preferable, but can be flexible towards Sept if it is a good match!
