Hey 👋🏼 I’m currently looking for a new flatmate as my current one sadly moves abroad at the end of November.

🚇 The flat is short walk from Tooting Broadway (15 mins), Earlsfield (15 mins) and Wimbledon (20 mins) stations, or a 3-5 minute bus ride / cycle from each.

🛍️ Being so close to Earlsfield high street, Tooting and Wimbledon, we’ve got lots of restaurants, shops and pubs to enjoy. We also have a Lidl, Starbucks and Greggs 30 seconds over the road, and a Hybrid fitness (gym) directly beneath the flat.

🛏️ It is a fully furnished, high-spec new build apartment, including a double bed with ottoman storage, a bedside cabinet, desk, desk chair and a (extra) large fitted wardrobe.

⏲️ It has a modern kitchen with all integrated appliances and washer/dryer. We have a large balcony and access to a stunning communal gardens space, as well as 24/7 concierge for all those amazon deliveries!

🧍🏼‍♂️I'm a live in landlord looking for an easy going and clean/tidy flatmate to make the flat a home. I work in Tech Partnerships and work from home 2-3 times a week. I spend most of my free time exercising, playing football, or catching up with friends over coffee or a pint. Very partial to a lazy movie night in with a takeaway.
