Fully furnished double room with ensuite

We have a lovely 4.5 bedroom home in Earlsfield, 4 minute walk to the station. We (myself & my husband, James) moved to London almost two years ago from Melbourne, Australia.

The room available is on the top floor, with a small en suite (toilet, shower & basin). The room has built in storage and a double bed. Happy to remove the bed/desk etc if necessary.

All bills included. This covers gas, electricity, council tax, internet, TV subscriptions (Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc) & a lovely cleaner, Marielle who comes once a week.

You will have use of the whole house, garden, lounge, kitchen, larger bathroom, study, spare room etc.

We don't have a car, but there is on street parking available and we can get a permit if needs be.

James travels a lot for work and is out of the country more than he is here at the moment. I work full time and often meet him on weekends.

Ideally, we are looking for someone we can trust to look after the house, be respectful, and enjoy the space! Flexible with availability, length of stay etc.
