Garden flat in leafy Earlsfield!

A double room available in our three bedroom spacious (ground floor) garden flat in Earlsfield. It’s located a minute’s walk away from Earlsfield station / 20 minutes’ walk away or a short bus ride from both Tooting Broadway and Wandsworth Southside shopping centre. Two professional females aged 29 and 31 are looking for someone else who also sees the place as their home. It’s a quiet flat with a shared living room and a garden which gets the sun all afternoon! I am only leaving as I am moving out of London to be closer to family. I have lived here happily for almost 5 years and have loved the flat and am very sad to be moving on. Bills are currently approx. £100 each a month which includes council tax, gas/electricity, water, TV licence and broadband. Viewings will be in the evenings and weekends. Looking for a professional in their late twenties/thirties only. Sorry, no students.
