Huge double room in Earlsfield, 1 min to station

Hello everyone,

My current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking to find someone to take his room - it's super spacious with large (brand new) sash windows, gets lots of sunlight in the morning!

Transport links are 3 mins to Claphapm Junction and 13 mins to Waterloo, 10 min walk to Wandsworth town which has everything you need - big sainsburys and waitrose, countless gyms, bouldering, southside shopping centre, restaurants, cinema etc. Loads of green spaces nearby and a couple of swimming pools a short walk away

We have a big living room with high ceilings and huge windows (also had a new radiator fitted recently), had the kitchen replaced a couple of years ago and very recently had a brand new Bosch washing machine, a good shower and a bit of storage here and there.

It's a 1st and 2nd floor flat above a restaurant, and access is via a heavy duty locked gate, so security is good.

I'm a freelance sound engineer working in TV so my hours/working days vary a lot - sometimes I'm away for weeks at a time and other times I'm home a fair bit. I'm very respectful and always avoid the squeeky steps if it's late! I enjoy socialising and going out to gigs etc and also like to do my own thing, I'm super laid back so there's no pressure to hang out if you don't feel like it. Also enjoy watching films or a series if we have the same taste!
