We’re looking for someone to take over the lease on our 3 bed garden flat in Earlsfield from September!

Three large double rooms (one en-suite)
Open plan kitchen and living room
All very light with large windows and tall ceilings
Lovely garden, great for socialising

It’s in the heart of earlsfield with a 3 min train to Clapham junction, 12 mins to Waterloo. The flat is on Penwith road, less than a 5 min walk to earlsfield train station with lots of shops and pubs on your doorstep.

Also good connections to the district line from Wimbledon park/Southfields.

The tenancy ends 30-June-2026
It’s 2850 pm with an increase to £2900 from the 30-June-2025

Our bills are around £80 each (wifi, energy, water and council) but obvs depends on your provider etc.

The landlord is lovely and sorts everything out very quickly as he uses a management company.
