Very spacious double bedroom available in Earlsfield from mid June. Room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, small bookshelf, and includes floor-to-ceiling built in storage with clothes rails and shelves included. Room is large enough to accommodate lots of additional furniture if desired, including a desk for home working. Some eaves storage is available, and there is a spare room used for additional storage and drying clothes etc.

The available room is on the first floor of a large house, shared with 3 young professionals. It includes a large garden with decking and BBQ, a really large and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a communal living room with a functioning fireplace. The bathroom pictured with a shower and separate bath is shared with just one other housemate, and there is an additional loo on the ground floor.

The house is in a great location just off Earlsfield Road, served by the 77 bus - it's around a 7 minute walk to Earlsfield Station, with trains every 5 minutes to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo. There are two Tesco Metro shops and a Sainsbury's Local all within 10 minutes walk, as well as a large range of other shops, restaurants and pubs on Garratt Lane (for when lockdown eases). A large Sainsbury's/Argos and Southside Shopping Centre (including a Cineworld) are only 20 minutes walk or a short bus away too. Wandsworth Common is just a short walk away as well.

Bills come to around £130 p/m, and include utilities, TV licence, council tax, 150Mb broadband, and a lovely cleaner who cleans the house on a weekly basis. In addition to the deposit, there will be a one-off £50 admin fee to be added onto the contract. The landlord is really attentive and sorts any issues quickly.

The current housemates are 3 working professionals, two girls and a guy working in wine, law and marketing respectively. 2 are working from home part time at present, but the house is so large that there is plenty of space for this. They are friendly, respectful and polite, and enjoy firing up the BBQ (in warmer weather!).
