I'm having to move out of my beautiful house due to personal reasons and am looking for a girl who will get along with my housemates Hen and Siaana.

The house is in a really nice location and has access to bus routes and both Earlsfield station and Clapham Junction are a 15 to 20 mins walk away.

The house comes with off street parking for 2 cars, a garage, laundry room, beautiful open plan kitchen lounge, a garden and every person has their own bathroom plus a toilet downstairs!

We are looking for females only and ideally someone that can move in by the end of May.

The room is bright and spacious with a lovely ENSUITE. Although I will be taking my furniture with me (open to sell the large white wardrobe) there is a king size bed frame, bedside tables and chest of drawers in the garage that can be used should you not have your own furniture so you'd only have to bring a mattress with you.

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES
Siaana and Hen are two friendly girls who are very respectful and considerate.
We all enjoy spending time together and chat after a long day at work but also enjoy our own time.

If you want to view the house, you will have to meet both of them as we want to make sure you are a good fit and vibes. :-)

ABOUT YOURSELF
You must be a professional, ideally fun and up for a chat or a glass of wine (no stress if you don't drink lol).
We are looking for a friendly and respectful woman (sorry we're only looking for girlies!) who is CLEAN and tidy.

ABOUT THE TENANCY
Our tenancy agreement ends in April 2025 so you would be taking over my part.
We have respectively paid £1115 deposit which you will have to be paid to me.

You will have to be able to provide payslips from the last 3 months and pass the agency checks (earn 30x the rent or have a suitable UK based guarantor).

Bills come up to about £150pm but gas and electricity may vary (between £65 and £85pp pm)
