Small double room in Earlsfield/Tooting

This flat is located a 10 minute walk from Earlsfield station with direct links to Clapham Junction and Waterloo and is a 20 minute walk (or 5 minute bus from the stop out the front of the property) to Tooting Broadway (Northern line).
Tesco Express is across the road with a Lidl situated a 5 minute walk away also. There are also a number of takeaway restaurants and great pubs within a short walking distance.

You would be sharing with two professional males aged 29 and 30 (one Australian and one British). Both of us enjoy being social on the weekend and will often to be watching any sport that is on.
Neither of us WFH, so there is the possibility of being able to use the large shared lounge room for an office set up if required.

The kitchen has all the amenities needed, including washing machine/dryer and dishwashing machine.

There is one bathroom with a separate WC.
The storage spaces in the rest of the flat will nearly exclusively be used by whoever rents this room also.

Price includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, fibre broadband).

Flat is available now, but there may also be some flexibility for a start of July move in if needed.
