I’m planning to move in with my boyfriend this summer (date is flexible) and am therefore looking for a young female professional to take over my lease ending Feb 2025. There is a possibility to extend the contract afterwards.

The flat is very light and spacious (95m2) and is fully furnished. The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished as I own the furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers). The furniture in the shared spaces is owned by the flatmate, which she will take when she moves out at the end of the lease.

🛀There are 2 bathrooms in the flat - you would have your own private bathroom including bath located in the hallway.

🚴🏽There is a garage with bike storage.

The building is located next to AFC Wimbledon:
3 min walk from: Lidl, Starbucks, Greggs and Tesco
15 min walk to Earlsfield Station and high street
20 min walk to Tooting Broadway
2 mins bus stop to Clapham, Wimbledon, Tooting

You’ll be living with one other 29 year old female flatmate who works in White City, 3 days in the office. She is super clean and would appreciate someone who is the same. We enjoy hanging out at home watching a film with a glass of wine or going to the pub for a roast, but also live our own lives so she would be looking for something similar.
