Double room to rent in Earlsfield

Lovely double room to rent in a light, modern maisonette flat in Earlsfield, only 10-15 minutes from the train station (or 20 minute walk to Tooting Bec tube).

Flat has a small garden and is on a quiet residential street between Earlsfield and Wandsworth Common. Open plan kitchen and living space, with small dining table. The bedroom has great storage, and shares the family bathroom with 1 other. The landlords are lovely and super responsive, and we deal with them directly via Open Rent. Rent excludes bills and currently the 3 of us pay £100 each per month (council tax/water/internet/gas & electric/tv license).

Other tenants are 2 female professionals - 1 primary school teacher and 1 event producer - both in early 30s. We have known each other for 5 years, and have lived in the flat together for 6 months. We're both sociable and active and are looking for someone lovely to join our flat!

We both like an afternoon in the pub and cooking together, a good glass of wine and you're likely to find us at Psycle or 1Rebel!

Ideally, we're looking for someone who works from the office 3/4 days a week (mindful that one of us is a teacher and has long holidays).
