Small double room in Earlsfield for sub-let

Hello! I am looking for someone to replace me in my lovely house share. This will initially be a 3.5 month sublet with a possibility of becoming longer term (which I will confirm asap and by end of November latest!) and the room is available 20th September - 31st December

This is a lovely 3-bed house in Earlsfield, about a 5 minute walk from the station (3 if you’re running late like me). My room is very small and cosy, but there’s great communal spaces in the house (big living room, conservatory, private garden and separate communal garden). The house is on a gated road and feels like a little village!!

Earlsfield has a great selection of pubs and restaurants, is near lots of green space and is well connected (3 mins to clappy j, 8 to Vauxhall and 13 to Waterloo) on the SWR line which runs very regularly. We’re a short bus ride to Tooting Broadway for the northern line too, or a walk to Wimbledon Park for District.

I’ve lived here nearly 3 years, the others longer, and am only moving out to go travelling. The rent is an amazing deal and my housemates are great! Christie is likely to move out soon to buy her own place, but both she and Ellie are fabulous

We are a sociable house and like to spend our week night evenings going to gym classes/for runs together, watching tv and sometimes cooking together. However, we all have our own lives and friends- so it’s fine if you don’t want to do this every night! But basically we are looking for someone who wants to hang out sometimes and not just use the house as a base.

We sometimes host BBQs and dinners but are not a house for hosting parties (unless they end by 10pm x)

We are all tidy and love our house being a proper home, so we share the cleaning- which you would need to help with too. The house would be best suited for someone mainly in the office but you can WFH- though this means sharing the living room to WFH with Ellie some days

The house will be available from approx. 20th September - 31st December initially. Rent will be paid directly to me prior to September 20th and then before the start of the month- the £570 is monthly including bills (and 1/3 of this for September)
