Double room in bright, quiet flat

Hi there!
I'm looking for someone to share this two-bed flat in Earlsfield with.

The flat's on the second floor (stairs only – sorry!) and has huge windows on both sides. Bills are roughly £125 per month (council tax band C, broadband, electric, gas, water, TV license).
The room comes with the bed, mattress and wardrobe.
We have really good transport links – Earlsfield station is a 10-minute walk away with trains to Waterloo roughly every 5 minutes, and the 77 bus route right outside the flat goes to Clapham Junction in one direction and Tooting Broadway in the other.
There are a number of small shops and pubs/cafés near the station, a great Saturday farmers market 20 minutes away, and the Southside shopping centre (complete with big Sainsbury's) is just a 15-minute walk away.
There is a tiny locked shed outside where I keep my bike, but it's already a very tight fit, so I'm not sure whether there would be room for a second one.

You would be sharing with me, Lou. I'm 30 years old, from France, and work in the office full-time. I've lived in this flat for almost two years now. I'm an avid cook, so I spend a lot of my time in the massive kitchen, enjoying the views over SW London. When I'm not there, I'm usually out on a walk/run/cycle or at a comedy show.

I'm a pretty quiet person and would like to find a flatmate who equally enjoys having a calm home to get back to in the evening. I'm not looking for a live-in bestie, but I'd love to find someone I could cook and have dinner with from time to time, and who'd be up for helping me breathe some life into that grey lounge with the ugly (but so comfortable) couches.
