Double Room in Girls Flat

Hi ladies!

Our flatmate is moving in with her bf so have a beautiful double bedroom in Earlsfield Southwest London available! It will be available immediately pending reference checks and contract creation (roughly 2 weeks). Rent comes to £770 plus bills (roughly £110).
The room comes with a King-sized bed with frame and mattress with wardrobe as well as a walk-in wardrobe in a separate room shared with the other two flatmates!

The current household is two professional females aged between 29 - 36. To keep the balance of the house we are looking for another working professional woman aged between 28-35. The current flatmates are hybrid working with some in office days with some WFH. We are looking for someone similar who would suit the dynamics of the household. Please only message if you are within this age bracket and do not require full time WFH.

We would love to find someone friendly, tidy and sociable to fit into the house. Unfortunately, no pets allowed or smokers.

Earlsfield is an amazing location for transport. It’s a 5min walk to Earlsfield train with trains getting you directly to Clapham Junction in 5mins and Waterloo in 15mins. It’s also roughly a 12/15min walk to either Southfields or Wimbledon Park Underground station (District line).

Earlsfield is also a great place for cafes/pubs and parks nearby. Wandsworth common is a 10min walk away.
