Double Bedroom in stunning, modern flat in Earlsfield.

THE FLAT:

This is a stunning, modern, newly built flat with some amenities not normally found in London - including underfloor heating and air conditioning, an American fridge freezer (with fancy filtered water dispenser) as well as blazing fast internet connection directly in your room. We have a really nice large 4k TV in the lounge, a comfy couch and dining room table set up. We have a coffee machine, an air fryer, oven, microwave, washer, dryer.

THE ROOM:

The room is quiet and bright and has got a TV mount for the wall, wired internet and TV cables as well as a large storage space, and tall chest of drawers for everything else you may need to store. (I also rent a storage locker in Wandsworth if there was anything you needed to store, we can see if there's space!). Comes with a superking bed.

LOCATION:

The flat is located in an Edwardian maisonette on a very quiet street approx 10 mins walk from Earlsfield station. We have loads of shops and cafes locally, and the area is super safe and full of young professionals.

MY IDEAL HOUSEMATE:

I'm looking for a male professional who is chilled out, on the quieter side but also up for a laugh. Ideally, someone who doesn't work from home every day (a couple of times
a week is all good). Someone clean and respectful of noise etc - I work nights on weekends so someone who can keep music/loud noise to a minimum early in the morning. I'm looking for someone who is similar to me that I can get along with, hang out with sometimes but also is fine to hang out separately. Helpful if you could tell me a bit about yourself when you respond.

ABOUT ME:

I'm a friendly, easy-going Kiwi who has been over in London for the past 15 years. I work in media production during the week and I'm also a musician Friday and Saturday nights (don't worry I don't practice at home!). I am really relaxed about most things, pretty quiet when it comes to socialising and super clean - we have a cleaner come every two weeks just to keep everything nice too. I'm not someone who has a lot of people coming round to the flat and don't party (obviously fine if you'd like to have occasional house guests!).

BILLS:

I'll take care of our broadband and council tax, water and energy we can split. It's usually pretty decent - all appliances are brand new so very energy efficient. (I have to state council tax is band D).
