The Room
The room has two windows and gets lots of sun til about 3pm, and is bright and big!

The Housemates
Sharing with 4 guys and 1 gal, all between 27-28. Mix of work from home and out the house.
Housemates are super friendly and outgoing. Always chilling in the living room together, having barbecues and occasionally going to raves/events.
Would suit someone clean, fun and outgoing, who wants to get involved with the housemates.
Work from home is fine too.

The House
-Kitchen/living room shared space, and every kitchen appliance you could ever want.
-Two loos and one bathroom with shower, everyone showers at different times so there's never a wait.
-Washer and dryer, yarden with bbq.

The Area
Lots of supermarkets nearby and lots of great pubs! Three min walk to Earlsfield station which gets to Waterloo in 15 mins. Also goes through Vauxhall for the Victoria line. Twenty min walk to Southfields, district line. Short bus to Tooting Broadway for the northern line.

The nitty gritty:
Rent 613 per month, Bills roughly 100-120 including an amazing weekly cleaner. Usually comes to 730-50 all in.

Move in date from July 15th. Deposit is £600 and paid directly to the letting agent.
