Fun & Friendly house 3 min from Station

Hello!

Sadly, two of our housemates are moving in with family and out of London, so we're looking for some new people to share our home with. The rooms are good sized double bedroom in a four-bedroom furnished house.

A little about us:

You'll be living with 2 young professionals - Skye & Natalie. We like to spend time together, having a chat after a day at work, watching some tv in the evening or doing something more adventurous and leaving the house! We want our house to feel like a home, but we do all have our own interests that keep us busy and appreciate each other's space.

We work roughly 9am to 5pm with a mixture of working from home and going into the office.

A little about the house/area:

The house has a living room, 1 bathroom & additional toilet, kitchen-diner and a small garden. You can also get a permit for on-street parking, although you do have to pay for this.

We’re really well connected, being less than a minute’s walk from Earlsfield station (zone 3), which is 15 minutes from Waterloo. We’re also 10 minutes away from Tooting Broadway (did anyone say night tube?)

It’s a really nice, quiet area with plenty of shops, including supermarkets, bars and brunch places.

The rent is £931.25 pcm and the bills come to about £125 (inc. water, gas, electricity, TV licence, internet, council tax and cleaner - who comes every two weeks).

Some logistics:

We rent directly from the landlord who will need to see ID, references (from previous landlord and current employer) and bank statements instead of going through credit checks. He will also request a deposit at this point to secure the room.
