Cosy Double Bedroom available in Earlsfield

My flatmate is moving out (sadly!) to live with her boyfriend, which means one of the rooms is available until the end of the tenancy in March 2026. Our rent is locked in during that time, so no surprise price rises!

About the Room

Spacious double room with loads of natural light! It comes fully furnished with a comfy bed, triple size wardrobe, bedtime table and the option to keep the desk in the room. Available from mid-late August - there's some flexibility on exact dates so let us know what works for you.

Flat
The flat is a really cosy 2 person flat with a separate kitchen (comes with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer!), modern bathroom with a waterfall shower and bath, plus a big living/dining room with a big TV! We live in a friendly block in a quiet and safe area of Earlsfield, but still within easy walking distance of some great pubs and transport links.

Who we're looking for:
I'm looking for a friendly, clean professional to take on the room. I enjoy cooking, walks, Netflix and exploring London, and I'm looking for a friendly housemate who is up for hanging out or doing their own thing now and then!

Earlsfield
We're a 10-12 minute walk to Earlsfield station, and a 15 minute walk to Southfields on the district line. We also have a bus stop right outside the building that goes between Wimbledon, Clapham Junction, Battersea Power Station, and Vauxhall. Earlsfield has lovely neighborhood vibes, and we're near some amazing independent restaurants, pubs, and 2 M&S's! It's really handy for commuting to the centre or southwest London.
