Earlsfield train station is an 8 minute walk away, Southfields underground station (district line) is a 15 minute walk away and both Wandsworth Town train station and Tooting Broadway underground station (northern line) are only 10 minutes away by bus. There are multiple supermarkets within a 10 minute walk (Tesco, Sainsbury's and M&S). Local amenities include a variety of restaurants, shops, gyms and pubs. The flat is also located right next to King George's Park and Southside shopping centre is only a 20 minute walk away.

We’re looking for a young professional who is friendly, clean, social and can carry our pub quiz team. The flat is currently occupied by 2 male professionals (aged 25 and 26) who enjoy socialising, sport, walking, nights out and going to the cinema. Our flatmate is moving out so we are looking to fill the room. The two of us work from home typically 2-3 days a week.
