Hi! We’re looking for a friendly person to join our flat in Earlsfield😊 Sadly I’m moving out of the flat at the start of August, so looking for someone to take my room.
- Rent: 875 + bills
- Bills: around 80
- Start date: 3 August or 3 September (you would need to sign asap for 3 August due to referencing process)
- Contract end date: 3 March 2025, but option to renew.
- Room details: Double bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
- Housemates: You would be sharing with Huw and Niamh (26 & 28) - they’re friends from uni who are both from Wales. Niamh is a dietitian and Huw works in physics. They’re really active people - into sailing, cycling and swimming. They’re also really into cooking, which they do together most evenings. Looking for someone similar to join!
- Location: The flat is just over a 5 minute walk from Earlsfield station, which is ideal (trains are 9 mins to Vauxhall/14 mins to Waterloo). Earlsfield is such an underrated area in London - so many nice pubs, cafes, restaurants.
- Flat details: The flat is the upper half of a house (maisonette), it has a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms (which is great!) and 3 bedrooms.
