Double room in friendly flat - bills inc

I'm moving out of London, making my room available in a 5 bed flat in Earlsfield.

You would be sharing with 4 other professional flatmates who are friendly and clean.

All bills are included in the rent, including a cleaner!

The flat has a living room, a decent sized kitchen, two showers and one toilet (which we never fight over). The bedroom comes with a bed, wardrobe, and large chest of drawers. I also fit a bedside table, small shelving unit, and folding desk and chair - I'm open to discussing selling these.

The flat is a short walk to Earlsfield station (12 minutes away from Waterloo) and 15 min walk to the district line (Southfields station). Wimbledon, Putney, Wandsworth, and Tooting are nearby.

Earlsfield is a nice area and there are plenty of pubs, cafes, and restaurants. There is a big Lidl and Sainsbury's 20 mins walk/5 min bus away. We're right near a path for a walk down the River Wandle, and have a few parks around to run in too.

Landlord steps in quickly when needs be.
