Lovely Double Room in Earlsfield/Wandsworth!

We’re looking for a friendly housemate to join us in a double room in Earlsfield! ✨

The Housemates
We are three girls who all met individually through spare room, our other housemate is leaving us to go travelling so we’re looking for a fourth to join the fam!
We’re all aged between 28-32 and work in PR and Graphic Design, both in the office and working from home. We enjoy spending the evenings together watching tv or having a movie night. As well as going out for food & drinks and we love a creative activity, we’ve recently been pottery painting and candle making! 🎨

The Room
Upstairs room fully furnished with a double bed (which is v comfy!), bedside table, plenty of storage with drawers and a clothes rail, and a full length mirror. If you need space to wfh the living room is free for you to use.

The House 🏡
A bright, spacious four bedroom maisonette with 2 shared bathrooms, large living area with two sofas, tv and dining table, a small spare room and 2 large built in cupboards so plenty of storage! We also have a lovely sunny garden with sun loungers and a bbq - perfect in the summer ☀️ also a shed where we store our bikes.

The Location 📍
The house is a 10 minute walk from Earlsfield station where there’s trains every few minutes to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and London Waterloo. Wandsworth and Tooting Broadway are also a short bus ride away.
Earlsfield is a lovely area with lots of great pubs, cafes and restaurants. There’s also plenty of gyms and sports clubs nearby as well as Wandsworth Common.

Bills 💰
Rent is £825, paid on the 2nd of every month and bills are approx £80 per month.
