Large double bedroom with ensuite

Hi there,
I have a big double room with ensuite available from mid-August.
You will be living with 2 Aussie gals from Adelaide and Melbourne, both professionals, a mix of WFH & office.
Super friendly household, looking for someone who can hang out and have the occasional beverage but equally is comfortable doing their own thing.
The house is big with a separate kitchen and living room and nice outdoor space. The room available is the top floor on your own.
The area is great and a short walk to Earlsfield overground which connects quickly to Vauxhall and Waterloo. Loads of great pubs and bars nearby.
Applicants must be professional in a permanent full time job and be able to pass a reference check.
Bills come to around £100-£120 per month.
