We are a house of 3; 2x girls and 1x guy so we are keen on balancing it out and having a guy move in!
We have a top floor double room with an ensuite available, with flexible move in dates but ideally before the 5th of September. Up for discussion with current housemate moving out.
2x of us have lived here for one year and love the place so much we are doing another, the other will join us next week to replace an earlier tenant moving out.
The house is stunning, and in an ideal location - less than 5mins to Earlsfield train station, bus stop at the end of the road and close to all great amenities. Parking also available on our road.
We love going out for beers together, socialising in the living room / kitchen and also enjoy our own chill time. Looking for someone that also want's to be friends!! We're outgoing but love a cosy eve / making a roast together & baking :) We like to keep the house nice and cleaaaaan.
