You will be renting with two other tenants who are both clean, tidy, friendly, and fun in a 3 bedroom flat (it feels like a house as it’s spread across two floors and it’s got a homely feeling)!

The Wandle Pub: 3 min walk and at the end of our road.

Bedroom is En-Suite as mention which includes a lovely loo, shower and basin, great size for an en-suite bathroom :)

The bedroom is also located at the back of the property so you don’t hear any traffic or noise from anything ever!

The lounge, kitchen and dinning room are all open plan and massive with 2 fridges, a large stove, all the cupboard space you could need (we struggle to fill it) and a long dinning room table perfect for hosting drinks or dinner parties!)

Rented through an agency but the landlord is amazing and the agency is at the end of our road too!

Looking for someone who’s social, friendly, and tidy. Preferably a young working professional who can take a bit of banter and could be up for a pint too ;)
