I am looking to rent out the spare bedroom in my house. The bedroom is pretty large with loads of cupboard space and room for a desk. You also have the bathroom on that floor to yourself (essentially you have the whole floor). I have a lovely garden which gets loads of sun, a large kitchen and separate tv/ living room. There is also a downstairs utility room.

Location:📍Earlsfield- 10 min walk to Earlsfield station or 10 min bus to Tooting Broadway. I get to Monument in approx 45 mins.
Cost: £1300 including bills.
Move in date: flexible but ideally as soon as possible
Deposit: 1 month rent

About myself: I’m a 27 year old marketing manager who works in the city (currently WFH at the moment). I love Pilates, hot girl walks, reading, going out for dinners, cooking and would love someone I could be friends with as well as housemates.

Looking for someone in their late twenties or older. Ideally someone who isn’t a huge drinker/ partier as I’m very much past that stage 😂
