Looking for social flatmate to join our flat in Earlsfield!
Currently flatmate is leaving to live with friends from home. Looking for someone who wants a home, not a room, have friends round and happy to socialise as a house. Ideally around our age, likes sport and the Leather Bottle. Current contract is in place until June ‘25 but we intend to extend if possible.
The house is huge and pretty modern and we keep it clean with a regular cleaner - open plan kitchen and living room, the 3 double bedrooms share 1.5 bathrooms, we have a garden, Netflix, BBQ, Table Tennis table...you name it, we probably have it.
Location - we are 7 min walk from Earlsfield station (Overground, 15m to Waterloo for Bank etc) and 5 min bus from Tooting Broadway (Northern Line). There's plenty of great pubs and restaurants close by.
