Hello! We have 2 lovely double bedrooms in Earlsfield that will be available in our home from October 5th 2024 for £875 pcm including bills!
The price is locked in until renewal in March 2025 , at which point you will have the option to renew for another year as all the other flatmates are planning on doing the same!
Most importantly, however, we're looking for someone to put their name on the remainder of this lease and get you locked in until at least the renewal date in March.
The rooms comes with a double bed, wardrobe, side table, chest of drawers, a desk and a nice set of wall shelves.
The house itself is a two storey flat, with two complete bathrooms both with showers, a living space, kitchen, storage room, and part of an gated block of 11 flats, so very safe and our block is the last of all and doesn't really look like anyone lives here from the outside tbh so pretty secure. There's a very quaint communal outdoor area too amongst the properties.
Our house is only a 2min walk from Earlsfield station (national rail) and situated just off the corner of the main street, with Tesco Express and a Sainsburys Local only next door and a larger Lid and Sainsburys only a
15-20min walk away on either side (and plenty of cafes and pubs to tempt you everytime). Wandsworth is only a short bus ride away and Northcote Rd Clapham is only next door and a larger Lidl and Sainsburys only a 15-20min walk away on either side.
Wandsworth is only a short bus ride away and Northcote Rd Clapham is about a 30min walk through the lovely Wandsworth Common park. For connection to the tube, Southfields station (District Line) is only a 15min walk away or a 10min bus ride to Tooting station (Northern line), so plenty to choose from.
It's a pretty relaxed household and we're all mates so we are looking for a new addition who is laid back but keen to be social/up for nights both in and out (although we obviously all appreciate our own time and space as well!)
We treat our house as a home and we want to find someone who is keen to do the same.
We are looking for a male to balance out the dynamic.
