Looking for a lovely lady to fill a double room in our friendly all-female flatshare!

You'll be sharing the flat with four other amazing girls, super considerate and keep the flat tidy, which is something we'd love the new flatmate to be on board with too.

The Room:
- Furnished double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, side table and three shelves.
- Great location close to shops, cafes and pubs
- 15/20 minute walk to Southfields station (District Line)
- 10 minute walk to Earsfield station with great links to Waterloo, Wimbledon, Putney, Wandsworth and Tooting.
- 20 minute bus journey to Putney and Tooting on the 44 or 270 buses

The Flat:
- Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom
- We enjoy cozying up for movie nights together
- Not ideal for someone who needs to work from home as there's no desk space in the room

Rent:
- £700 per month with bills included and a regular cleaner
- £805 deposit with a £150 secure room fee (£150 is taken off the total deposit so £655 in total)
- Available NOW, need someone to move in ASAP
- Sadly the landlord requires working professionals. Postgraduate students who have full time employment will be considered
