Double room in lovely Earlsfield house

Hey! We’re Joe, Nathan and Dave, and we’re looking for a 4th housemate to move into a lovely, recently decorated home in Earlsfield from 28th September. We’re a nice and sociable house, who are LGBTQ+ friendly, and would love someone to join us who’s up for pub trips, film nights and more, but equally will respect each other’s own space.

The house is nice and bright with a decent garden space. The downstairs is open plan, with a living room, dining space and modern kitchen which looks out onto the garden. The main bathroom has a bath, and there is also an additional toilet on the middle floor.

We are currently living just down the road, but our landlord has sold up – so we would be moving into the property at the same time as you. It comes unfurnished, but we’ll be bringing sofas + tables + chairs etc. with us for the communal areas.

The available bedroom is 8’9 x 8’4, with room to comfortably fit a double bed, looks out onto the garden and has a built-in wardrobe.

Earlsfield and Tooting Broadway stations are just a 10 minute walk away, or you can catch a 4 min bus from outside the front every 5 mins. There are plenty of nice pubs and coffee shops in walking distance too.

Bills come to around £90 per month which includes a cleaner every 2 weeks + fast wifi. We’re ideally looking for someone who works from hybrid or from their office although occasional use of communal space for work is fine.
