Room in 3 bed flat in Earlsfied, joining 2 working professional males. Your housemates would be, Arlot (22) and James (26) both work in property. Myself, Stewart (27) will be moving out from November and looking to find an individual to take over my share of the lease. Room is £1100 and bills on average are around £80-£100 inc CT.

Our location in Earlsfield is great, with a short walk to the station and direct national rail service to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo. You can also walk 20mins to Tooting for northern line services.

We are a sociable house who frequently enjoy spending evenings in the living room watching TV, films and the occasional trip to the pub.

The flat also includes a large private garden which we often use to host BBQs and sit out on sunny evenings.

The room includes a double bed, chest of draws and two large integrated wardrobes. Room dimensions can be shared on request.
