Clean and tidy, Gay Friendly Household

Hi all!

We have a double room in a 3 person ground floor flat situated in a gated complex.

£700 per month for rent not including bills (which are usually between £120 in summer - £150 in the winter though could potentially be higher with the latest government announcement).

The room comes with a huge built in wardrobe, a bed, bedside tables and a full length mirror.

The rest of the flat includes a large open plan living room / dining area and kitchen; and there are two bathrooms between the three of us, both with toilets and showers (one also includes a bath)

Bills include council tax (Wandsworth band E) / electric / water and sky tv & tv license (there’s no gas in the flat). Bills also include a joint contribution to the household account for items such as toilet roll, and cleaning bits.

Unfortunately there are no pets allowed in the flat.

10 min walk to Earlsfield station and 15 - 17 mins to Wandsworth Town station.
Earlsfield/Wandsworth Town stations take only 12 mins on national rail to Waterloo and the N44 night bus from Aldwych drops off outside our building entrance (usually takes about 30 mins from central).

If you are familiar with Wandsworth, there’s the large Sainsbury's and Southside Shopping Centre not even a 10 mins walk away. Plenty of parks around with St George’s Park and the Wandle river over on the next street.

About us - we are a gay guy and a straight girl who both love musicals, eat meat and are non smokers. We both work full time in the office Monday to Friday and ideally would wish for another in-office professional on this same work schedule.

Steven (32), works for an interior designer and is a history & costume buff who is usually sewing, at a museum, or watching period dramas.

Jemma (29), works in HR and is an avid traveller and baker. She loves to keep fit and likes to be up early and out on a run or bike ride by 7am, and is usually in bed by 10pm.

Ideal candidate - a fellow creative professional girl or gay guy of our age who is likeminded. We would love someone who could end up becoming friends as much as housemates.
We aren’t a party house but rather rely on the home as a place for everyone to come back to for quiet relaxation and unwinding either together or alone.
We also like to keep the house a home by looking after it and are conscious of keeping everything clean and tidy. - we don’t feel the need for a cleaner because we work together to wipe up after ourselves, and keep the atmosphere bright and floral for all.
