Lovely double room in Earlsfield

We're moving into a four-bed house in October and are looking for a new housemate to join us.

We already live in Earlsfield as a three, but when the opportunity to move into this beautiful home came up we couldn't turn it down.

The house consists of three floors, with a really spacious open plan kitchen, diner, living room on the groud floor. There are then 2 rooms and a bathroom on each of the above floors. There is also a large garden, including shed (good for bike storage!)

The room being advertised is on the top floor facing the back garden. The room can fit a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and desk if required. (There is also space downstairs for a desk if you're happy to work in the communal area)

Note, the room is unfurnished. Although we'll be furnishing the rest of the house including all the extras: cutlery, pots/pans, microwave, toaster, kettle, hoover, TV etc.

The flat is conveniently located, it's 12 minute walk from Earlsfield station and a 20 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station. The 270/44/77 buses stop near the house so it's very easy to get to Clapham, Tooting, Putney etc.

Our move-in date is set at 23rd October.

Cost £725
Bills approx £100. This includes, council tax (Wandsworth council tax!!), Internet, gas&electric and water.
