Spare room in Earlsfield

We are looking for a housemate in Earlsfield!

We have a spare room as our lovely housemate is moving out in October and moving in with her new husband!

Essentials:
Rent £820 a month
Move in date from the 21st October
Room furnished
£50 contract fee

This is a double room that comes with a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It is a lovely light room which has recently been decorated with a garden view and gets the sun most of the day.

The house is a 5 min walk from Earlsfield station and very close to the high street so perfect for commuting! It takes around 12 minutes on the train to Waterloo. It is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood and feels very safe. The house comes with a separate kitchen and living room/dining room, one house bathroom and a separate toilet downstairs. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with lots of cupboards, a washing machine, oven, microwave, air fryer, nutri bullet etc and we share crockery and cutlery.

We are two girls who are tidy, clean and laidback. We enjoy the gym, food, a good comedy night, sushi making (a very new thing!), margaritas and a good catch up over dinner!
Nicci works in finance and rarely works from home. I (Kate) work from home 2-3 times a week and work for a wine company in marketing. We are sociable and love a chat but also our own time too.

We are looking for a professional who is friendly, tidy, clean and respectful of the space and each other.
